Todd Cooper


Mr. Cooper was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Presbia PLC. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Cooper served as the Chief Executive Officer of NVISION. Prior to joining NVISION, Todd served as a General Manager at Henry Schein, a $10 billion healthcare company. In his role, he was responsible for their $400M medical surgical business. While there, he helped drive strong growth even during the recession of the core surgical business, the private brand business and the growing services/e-commerce business.

Previously, Mr. Cooper served as the Senior Vice President of Discus, an aesthetic dental company, where he played an important role in growing an entrepreneurial based company from $60 million to $165 million in sales over a five-year period, including helping build the #1 professional teeth whitening system in the world and acquiring their key competitor, Brite Smile. He also helped drive other acquisitions, strategic alliances and global expansion into 90 countries.

Mr. Cooper has previously served on the Board of the Health Care Distributors Association.  Over his career, he has held General Manager, business development and marketing roles in medical devices, surgical, medical aesthetics, dental, consumer products and healthcare technology companies.

Kelly Enos

Kelly Enos, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance and Administration

Ms. Enos has over 20 years of financial management and operations experience including prior CFO roles at high tech, start-up, venture-backed companies. Throughout her career she has led countless transactions across a variety of debt and equity structures, including initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Previously she served as CFO for Kony, Inc. handling the company’s financial and accounting activities as well as human resources, risk management and information technology functions. Prior to that, she served as CFO at EquaTerra, Inc., ypOne Publishing LP, Altrio Communications, Inc., Telseon IP Services Inc. and Star Telecommunications, Inc.

Enos began her career with Ernst & Young and later worked in investment banking at notable firms such as Oppenheimer. A graduate from Louisiana State University, she went on to pursue an MBA from Rice University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Frank Grunau

Frank Grunau, Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Frank Grunau serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and has more than 25 years of experience in medical device and technology sales that span brands from leading global companies including Zimmer Spine, Boston Scientific, and Bausch and Lomb.

At Align Technology, Mr. Grunau served as sales and sales operations director, and most recently as vice president of sales and marketing, EMEA, with a strong focus in developing emerging markets. Mr. Grunau’s strategic approach to business development and in-depth market experience has led to major business expansions, penetration of new territories, and rapid growth of product sales, including his tenure at Align Technology where he grew revenues in Europe by more than 33% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) over a six-year period.

Mr. Grunau received a Diploma in Social Economics from the University Duisburg-Essen in Essen, Germany.
