As a result, we have assembled a diverse group of clinicians to further efforts to present the scientific and clinical evidence behind this ground-breaking technology. These orthodontists have of a depth of experience successfully integrating new treatment modalities and clinical techniques into their practices.

Group members have all distinguished themselves as world-class clinicians and sought-after lecturers on the subjects of contemporary orthodontic techniques and practices. Members include:
Dr. Jay Bowman
Dr. Jay Bowman received his D.M.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and a M.S.D. from Saint Louis University Department of Orthodontics. In addition to maintaining private practices in Portage, Kalamazoo and Paw Paw, Michigan, Dr. Bowman is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Saint Louis University. He developed and teaches the Straightwire course at The University of Michigan and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Bowman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, a Fellow of the American and the International College of Dentists, a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a Regent of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation. He received the Angle Research Award in 2000 and the Alumni Merit Award from Saint Louis University in 2005.
Dr. Sam Daher
Dr. Sam Daher is a bilingual native of Montréal, Quebec, and received his D.D.S. from McGill University with distinction and a Master’s Degree with a specialty in orthodontics from the Université de Montréal, where he also taught undergraduate orthodontics. Dr. Daher is a keynote speaker throughout North America for Align Technology, is British Columbia’s first Invisalign® Elite Premier provider and reached Invisalign Elite Advantage Provider level in 2007. Dr. Daher is currently an Adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. He is a member of the American and Canadian Association of Orthodontists and a fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. Since 2000, Dr. Daher has been treating patients at Daher Orthostyle, his Vancouver, British Columbia, private practice.
Dr. Willy Dayan
Dr. Willy Dayan received his DDS from the University of Toronto in 1986. Following a year of general practice residency at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital and two years in private general practice, he returned to the University of Toronto and completed his diploma in orthodontics in 1991. In addition to his full-time private practice in orthodontics, Dr. Dayan is also a clinical instructor of orthodontics. His teaching expertise lies in the areas of patient interviews and treatment presentation skills, Invisalign®, esthetic adult orthodontic techniques and rehabilitative orthodontics in preparation for cosmetic reconstructive dentistry. He is a global speaker and continues to lecture at the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Toronto on a regular basis. Additionally, Dr. Dayan is a registered speaker for AcceleDent® and Invisalign. He currently teaches clinicians how to use and integrate these technologies into practice on a regular basis and achieve excellent results even in the most challenging cases.
Dr. Robert Miller
Dr. Robert Miller has lectured throughout the world to orthodontists seeking creative new ideas to better serve their patients. A pioneer in the area of orthopedic correctors, his current lecture topics include precision bracket placement, temporary anchorage devices (TADs), Class II correctors and treatment protocols for unique orthodontic appliances. Dr. Miller earned his D.M.D. degree in 1983 from The Medical University of South Carolina and completed his orthodontic residency at the Medical College of Virginia in 1985. He served for three years in the USAF as Chief of Orthodontics at Clark Air Base in the Philippines. He is past president of the Virginia Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. David Ostreicher
Dr. David Ostreicher is a graduate of Columbia University School of Dental Medicine where he received his dental degree and certificate of specialty in orthodontics. After dental school, Dr. Ostreicher continued his education and received an MS in Nutrition and then a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University. He has published dozens of articles and written three books, “Brush Your Teeth! and other simple ways to stay young and healthy”, “7 Reasons To Straighten Your Teeth”, and “Smiles, Teeth and Dentists.” Dr. Ostreicher is a professor emeritus at Columbia University and The University of New Haven. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Dental Editors, American Public Health Association, and the Honorary Dental Society (OKU). Dr. Ostreicher is a lecturer for Align Technology, Inc. and is a pioneer in the field of accelerated orthodontics.
Dr. Sonia Palleck
Dr. Sonia Palleck is an orthodontic specialist with over 15 years in private practice in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Palleck graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Dentistry in 1993 and received her Master’s in Clinical Orthodontics in 1999. Dr. Palleck is a member of the American and Canadian Association of Orthodontists and as a part-time clinical instructor with a practice philosophy centered on education, she shares her passion with her orthodontic graduate students in both North America and abroad. Dr. Palleck’s family is her focus, and in addition to spending time with family and friends, she also loves to golf and read. Making patients a priority, Dr. Palleck incorporates AcceleDent® into every patient treatment plan as standard of care, and reports amazing results with accelerated orthodontics.
Dr. Straty Righellis
Dr. Straty Righellis, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific and University of California at San Francisco, Schools of Dentistry. Dr. Righellis is on the Editorial Review Board for the American Journal of Orthodontics and has lectured extensively nationally and internationally on Excellence and Clinical Orthodontics. He is a faculty member at the FACEtx post graduate program and is past President of the Edward H. Angle Society, Northern California. He graduated from UCLA Dental School and received his orthodontic specialty certification from University of California at San Francisco. He maintains a private practice in Oakland, California.
Dr. Neil Warshawsky
Dr. Neil Warshawsky, a board certified orthodontic specialist, has over 18 years of experience with cleft palate and craniofacial cases and is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Illinois Craniofacial Center. A strong proponent of customized orthodontic solutions, Dr. Warshawsky has been using the Invisalign® system since 1999. He has authored two articles on Essix retainers and in 2003, became one of the first orthodontists outside Europe to use the 3M Unitek Incognito™ Appliance System. Dr. Warshawsky received his D.D.S., M.S. and Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontics.
