LOG IN – If already an existing customer, please enter the e-mail address associated with the practice to log in. If password has been forgotten, click on “Forgot Password?” to set up a new one.
SIGN UP – If not an existing customer, please click on “Apply Now” to set up a new account.
- Once an account is registered, notice of this request will be sent to an OrthoAccel representative to confirm that the requester is a healthcare provider.
- The OrthoAccel representative will then call the account to discuss the account’s interest in the site. Once confirmed, an e-mail will be sent to the practice notifying them that their account has been activated. Then, the requestor can enter their e-mail address and use the password they entered during the registration to login to the site.

For existing customers, what if I don’t know what email is associated with my account?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-866-4919, Option 1 (or Option 3 – either option will direct you to an OrthoAccel representative who can provide assistance).
Can I change my password?
Your password can be changed under “My Account” on the “Account Dashboard” or in the “Account Information” sections of the website. Click “Change Password” and enter your current password, and then type in the new password. Click “Save.”
I forgot my username and/or password. How do I get access to my account?
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address associated with the practice. You will receive an e-mail to that address with a link to change your password.

How do I place a new order?
Type in the quantity needed for each item, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready to checkout, click “Checkout” from your Cart in the upper right corner of the website. This will take you to your Shopping Cart where you can review your order (such as updating the shopping cart, continuing to shop, or proceeding to checkout). During the checkout process, the site will guide you through the steps for Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Method, Payment Information, and Order Review.
Are volume discounts available?
AcceleDent List Pricing provides per unit price discounts based on volume ordered.
Is staff pricing available?
Staff Program purchases must be ordered through your OrthoAccel representative.
Can I see my online order history?
Your order history can be found under “My Orders” in the “My Account” section of the site. Please note that the order history only displays orders placed online through this website.
Is my credit card information stored on the site?
Credit card information is not stored.
