San Francisco, “City by the Bay”

Beautiful San Francisco
San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in all of America and the world! As the second most densely populated major city in the US after New York City, over 852,000 people call San Francisco home. Located at the north end of the San Francisco Peninsula, the city includes some beautiful long stretches of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. The area boasts several very picturesque islands including the famous Alcatraz Island, Treasure Island and Red Rock Island. San Francisco’s landscape is known for its steep rolling hills. The city’s historic cable cars clamber up and down the steep hills across the city, taking passengers to their destinations in a very unique and fun way.

Golden Gate Bridge
The Golden Gate Bridge is the most iconic landmark in San Francisco that is featured in scores of photos and postcards of the city. Among the best spots for terrific views of the bridge includes Hyde Street Pier, Pier 30 and Coit Tower. There are so many things to do and see in San Francisco from walking long stretches of pristine beaches to visiting Fisherman’s Wharf or shopping in one of the city’s many retail establishments. San Francisco is a vibrant, unique city that offers a little bit of everything for visitors and residents alike.
